Development of Vancouver, Coast & Mountains cooperative marketing programs is founded on an understanding of the consumers it aims to reach. This understanding has grown from interaction with consumers by telephone on toll free lines, on-line, personal communication at consumer shows and through the bi-annual conversion studies by an independent research company to determine when they have visited, how long they stayed, where they visited and how much they spent.
