Payment
Delegate registration fees must be paid in full, prior to the Regional Tourism Leaders Forum unless specific arrangements have been made with Mary Ann Bell(604-638-6927). Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Cheque. Please call Joanna Zhang at 604-638-6929 to process your credit card payment. Registrations will only be processed when full payment has been received. Registration confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be granted if written cancellation is received by June 5, 2009. Delegate substitutions are permitted.
